1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Vertical Labs collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, request a demo, use our AI dispatcher services, receive SMS communications, or otherwise interact with us.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our services, and information collected automatically through our website and service providers.
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, company name, job title, and business address.
- Service information: website data, service-area details, business hours, call-routing rules, appointment details, support requests, call summaries, recordings or transcripts where enabled, and SMS message records.
- Website data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, form submissions, cookie identifiers, and analytics events.
- Billing information: payment status, plan information, invoice records, and transaction metadata. Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, deliver, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Provide AI dispatcher, SMS notification, appointment booking, call handling, support, and reporting services.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, onboard customers, and provide account support.
- Send transactional communications, service updates, appointment confirmations, booking links, and missed-call follow-ups.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service quality.
- Analyze website usage and marketing performance.
4. SMS and Communications Consent
When you provide your phone number, submit a form, request a demo, book a call, or otherwise opt in to communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from AI Vertical Labs. If you are a customer using our SMS-enabled services, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your own customers before we send messages on your behalf.
SMS messages may include demo coordination, appointment confirmations, booking links, missed-call follow-ups, support messages, service updates, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After receiving a STOP request, we will stop non-essential SMS messages to that number unless you later provide renewed consent. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out.
For privacy questions about SMS communications, contact Zach Heydeman, AI Vertical Labs at contact@aiverticallabs.com.
5. Data Retention Practices
We retain personal information, website data, service configuration data, call data, SMS records, support records, and billing records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce agreements, and improve our operations.
Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, customer instructions, provider limitations, operational requirements, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or archive it using commercially reasonable practices.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell personal information. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Security Measures
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through the website, phone networks, SMS systems, or third-party platforms.
